Lily G. Schlofman
Lily" bids you a farewell (2001-2016)
The purpose of this tournament
has been to raise money to fight Alzheimer’s by providing education
about the disease, raising money for research, and supporting Caregivers.
"The Lily” was founded by Deb
Schlofman in 2001 after she lost her mother Lily at the end of a 7
year battle with Alzheimer’s. After Deb’s passing in December,
2009 we have continued the event to honor the memory of both women.
We will never forget Lily or Deb along with all of our Friends who
have supported us over the years.
You have made a difference!
Terry, Stephanie & Peggy
